That’s right - it’s just me here. No agency, no team. I’ve been building websites for over 16 years and I’ve also spent plenty of time on-site. I’m currently renovating old stone barns in West Wales. Over the years I’ve spoken to loads of other tradesmen, one thing keeps coming up - most of you are absolutely rubbish online! (no offence).

This free website project has been on my mind for a while, aimed squarely at tradesmen who deserve better.

The sites I build are clean, mobile friendly, fast, and designed to do one thing well: turn visitors into customers. That’s the whole point.

The truth is, people are still paying hundreds, often thousands for their websites. Honestly, it’s madness. You don’t need to.

So how do I make money? Well here's the plan. Instead of charging upfront, I’m testing a long-term model. If enough tradesmen jump on board, I can run everything on my own dedicated server.

Essentially, instead of the hosting fees going entirely to a big hosting company, I’ll take a portion of those fees. Should be a win-win.
